Staff Club Honours Dr. R. Shayida, Dr. K.M. Naseer and Dr. M. Abdul Jaleel

The club  honoured three of our colleagues who  made remarkable achievements in various professional fields on 16 October, 2014.  Dr. R. Shayida was honoured  for being promoted as Major and  also for receiving the Sadguru Award of the University of Calicut. The club also honoured Dr. K.M. Naseer  and  Dr. M. Abdul Jaleel  who were awarded Ph.Ds in Malayalam and Arabic respectively.   Dr. K.M.Abdur Rasheed (former HoD, Department of Chemistry; former Registrar of  Kannur University & Central University of Kerala) and Prof. Shajahan A., (Former HoD, Department of Malayalam) graced the occasion. The formal session was followed by a  Musical Treat,  a programme dedicated to the teachers by VIBZ ( Music Club of our college). Dr. Subha and Dr. Ali Noufal offered felicitations. the principal Prof. E.P. Imbichikoya presided over the function. Dr. Sajitha M.A. welcomed the gathering and Ms. Hashmina Habeeb proposed vote of thanks.
